When arranging your visit, please give your full address and mention steps, entry arrangements, parking restrictions or anything else that would help me reach you. If your location is outside the listed areas, check coverage before booking.
A comfortable seat and a quiet space help us make the most of the appointment. Let me know about mobility or positioning needs beforehand so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Please allow 30–60 minutes for the assessment and any treatment. I bring the ear examination and microsuction equipment to you.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. The clinic has one treatment room and limited waiting space, so arriving close to your appointment time helps keep visits comfortable.
Parking: Please use the small car park behind the clinic, accessed from Wallington Hill, approximately a 30-second walk away. The spaces directly outside the clinic are reserved, so please leave those clear.
If you need step-free access, particular seating or space for a companion, please check arrangements before booking. We can discuss whether a clinic appointment or home visit would work best for you.
